Greetings Nestle Neutrons, I hope everyone is enjoying the 4 day weekend. School is closed on Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day. Thank you to everyone who came to Back-To-School-Night. I hope parents, you have a better understanding of our academic and behavior expectations of our students. Our district and our school has raised the bar on academic achievement. Our goal is to raise our scores in English Language Arts and Math on the SBA (Smarter Balanced Assessment) to be given in May 2025 to 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. Our whole school from kindergarten to 5th grade is invested in this goal. Join us in this endeavor, Hold your child to a higher standard. Limit social media. Ensure that they go to bed at a reasonable time. Many students report staying up until well after midnight playing video games. Please monitor video games and all social media. We need your help to succeed.
